Men's (AMAB) chamois are longer and narrower, with a central channel to support the sit bones and improve blood flow.

Women's (AFAB) chamois are shorter and wider, with more padding and continuous support in the central region.

Men's chamois have less material in the middle, while women's chamois have wider foam placement in the sit bone area.
