Everyday Ends 1/03

For 2023’s first installment of Everyday Ends, we have a curated playlist by musician, Canadian, cyclist, and all around cool guy Jason Cuse. Read on below to hear his thoughts on music and it's connection to cycling. A big part of what keeps me motivated to ride is the stark contrasts of any day on the bike. Pulling up to a group of friends is that much warmer because of the cold lonely roll from your door, and we all know that thrill of the descent is amplified by the preceding climb, but still, it can be hard to remember that relief is on the horizon. This playlist is compiled of tunes I find hypnotic & numbing, the kind of stuff that carries the mind away with repetitive melodies and grooves to help you through the tougher moments of early alarm clocks, steep grades, and cold hands, so that you can be there to soak up all the good that's over the next rise. - Jason
